The 3D Petri Dish® cast from this precision micro-mold has 60 trough shaped recesses (4 x 15 array) and is used to self-assemble 3D microtissues in the shape of a rod. The nominal dimensions of one of these recesses when formed in the 3D Petri Dish® are; trough length: 2200μm, trough width: 400μm and trough depth: 750μm. The single large cell seeding chamber above these 60 recesses holds a volume of 190μl. This 3D Petri Dish® fits into a standard 12 well tissue culture plate. (6 micro-molds per pack)
