24-H The 3D Petri Dish® cast from this precision micro-mold has 1 honeycomb shaped recess and is used to self-assemble a single 3D microtissue in the shape of a honeycomb. The nominal dimensions of this recess when formed in the 3D Petri Dish® are; honeycomb maximum size: 3.4mm, diameter of pegs: 600μm, trough width: 400μm and trough depth: 700μm. The single cell seeding chamber above this honeycomb shaped recess holds a volume of 20μl. This 3D Petri Dish® fits into a standard 24 well tissue culture plate. (6 micro-molds per pack)
